Her highlighting technique is truly incredible—she has such a thoughtful, artistic approach and always takes the time to really listen to what I want before she begins. I never feel rushed. Instead, she carefully studies my hair and works methodically to make sure everything is done correctly and beautifully. What I appreciate most is how intentional she is about understanding my hair—its texture, how it’s been treated, and what will look best long-term. Because of that, my color always turns out even better than I imagined. Our appointments have honestly become something I look forward to. Kimberly was amazing with my curly hair. So pleasant and friendly , great head massage and fabulous cut. Also got a pedicure from Rachael. She was sweet, careful with my feet, and so attentive to my needs. Just was a walk in and they both were delightful along with Mia who helped me the day before. Great Aveda products in this salon. TLDR: Ellie is the go to for all things hair. She’s quite frankly a magician and artist. She uses the perfect formulas and techniques so each time my hair is blended perfectly. I have no concerns, only trust when Ellie does anything with my hair. • In 2021 I moved to Northern, VA and needed a new stylist after doing my own hair for a while (Covid).
