In just a few sessions, Stacie has helped me with some knee and hip pain that had been nagging me for a few years. We have not seen complete relief yet but it is already so much better. Her manner is warm and professional, and her clinic space is organized, warm, and inviting. I love that she explains all the ways the different parts of the body function together. I definitely would recommend her to others!

Stacie is so knowledgeable about the human body and is so passionate about the work she does. She doesn't only focus on what is hurting on your body, but tries to find the root cause of the problem. Before going to see Stacie, I had no idea about what Bowen was. She explained the process to me thoroughly and afterwards I was able to see and feel incredible results! The facility is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're in pain, sore, or just want a relaxing massage, Essential Bodywork is the place to go!

Stacie has great technique and a lot of knowledge about various types of therapy. She's very professional and personable, and has a nice clean and comfortable room in the new Nearing Total Health facility. I've only been to her twice so far but am planning to see her on a regular basis. On my last visit I got a 90min massage then a magnesium bath soak afterward in the facility. Awesome!
