Kelie is very professional. I felt confident that I was in good hands. Everything was explained before and during the procedure. No surprises! I will admit that after I read the form that was given to me upon arrival, I questioned whether to proceed, but realized it’s no different than reading medication side affects. It just lets one know the possibilities up front. No pressure to purchase services or products - Just subtle recommendations. I will be a returning client.

My skin has never felt better! Every part of this facial was incredible. The bed was comfortable, the face peel was quick and painless, and the the massage was extremely relaxing. I got more advice on how to diet, and I will be completely reconstructing my skin care routine (for the better)! 10/10! Two thumbs up 👍! Absolutely loved this experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Kellie. She immediately knew exactly what my skin needed and was very gentle and thorough. She kindly answered all my questions and explained things in detail. Her studio is calm and well organized. She sells her own brand of skincare products. I was in Pittsfield on vacation and popped in for a treatment but I would gladly make the 3 hour trek to see her again!

I had a “problem skin facial” today here. The facial itself was fantastic and addressed my acne really well. The practitioner was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to my problem areas. I was a bit overwhelmed with how many questions she asked me about my skin, my diet, my exercise habits, and many other aspects of my life. She told me she thinks I may have a medical problem related to my acne and gave me diet recommendations. I didn’t ask any questions and wasn’t necessarily looking for advice or medical recommendations. I have had acne for almost my entire life and I am aware of what causes my acne to ebb and flow. To begin, I felt safe and comfortable with the cleanliness, professionalism, and kind attention given to my concerns as I had not had a facial in over 5 months since sheltering in place due to COVID-19. Next, I had a wonderful facial and relaxing experience. Best of all, the next morning, I saw improvements in my skin, so I plan to return again soon.
