EPOCH Head Spa

I have never been to a head spa before and I am forever changed! After 6 months of chemo where I lost all my hair and major surgery 3 weeks ago and expected to start 3 more months of chemo in a few weeks, I wanted to do something to treat my scalp to help heal it from the trauma before and strengthen it for the trauma to come. Reilly was super warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was quiet, calm and relaxing inside with music and all the soothing sounds of water. It may be a head spa but it felt like a full body experience physically, mentally, and spiritually. I've already booked my next appointment with Reilly and cannot wait! I'm added on the facial surface so I'll report back but I have no doubt it'll be amazing. This may be my new favorite form of self care!

I had an incredible treatment with Aria at EPOCH Head Spa. The luxurious experience included a scalp analysis, exfoliation, and cleansing treatment. The service is performed while you’re lying down on a comfortable warm bed that massages you while you receive an extended scalp and hair treatment. This was my first time at a head spa, and now I’m hooked! I recommend booking with Aria and trying out any service they offer to see for yourself how amazing it is. 10/10 recommend getting a treatment at EPOCH! Nancy and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and the soothing aroma of the spa instantly puts you at ease. From start to finish, I was beyond impressed with the experience. The transformation in my scalp was unbelievable — the before-and-after difference was night and day. I have very thick, curly hair, and I’ve never seen my curls look so vibrant, defined, and shiny. I had the Revive treatment, and my hair has truly never felt healthier. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I called Nancy after having issues with oily hair for a few weeks. I have used purology and multiple expensive products for years but figured I needed a scalp treatment to help reset how oily my hair was getting. Nancy got me in same day (taking time away from the salon to get me in). The treatment was wonderful, it was a very one-on-one experience with an expert who had lots of tips and tricks in the field. We looked at my scalp underneath the microscope and saw what some of the problems were. The scalp treatment and massage was very relaxing, she definitely went above and beyond the allotted time to make sure I could relax and get my moneys worth. Reilly is amazing! I called very last minute on a Saturday to see if I could make an appointment, they worked it out to squeeze me in to their very busy schedule even though it would cause them to stay later, just that alone is exceptional because no one wants or has to stay longer to accommodate anyone so I really appreciated that. I have thick, big, 4C hair (afro) and alot of scalp build-up I was concerned it was going to be hard for them to go through my hair section by section but Reilly didn't even hesitate. She was honest about her experience with my hair type but it did not stop her from jumping right in! I often shy away from services like this because it is rare to find professionals with my hair type or experience with my hair type so to have someone willing to go in and take it
