I went in for a Brazilian blowout treatment. I have very thick, long and very textured curly hair so I did expect to pay extra as per usual for my treatment. It took upwards of 3hrs to get me done which was not a surprise, I also am used to having to account for extra time. The results were amazing. My hair looked like glass! So shiny and smooth. I’ve since had several washes and over a month in and it looks great. Would recommend

Completely misleading and a waste of time. I purchased a Groupon for $152. When I arrived and mentioned that I bought it online, they questioned why I had an additional coupon. I explained that Groupon sometimes includes promotions. At that point, they said they would not honor the Groupon at all and told me the actual price would be $455—before the service even started. I was extremely upset because I drove from Oakland to San Francisco specifically for this appointment. If they do not honor Groupon pricing, that should be clearly stated on the listing. Instead, I was pressured to pay full price after arriving. Very unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing experience my wife had with Steffon during her recent hair appointment. Throughout the session, Steffon acted inappropriately by asking invasive personal questions and flirting aggressively. More alarmingly, he repeatedly pressed his body against hers, making her feel physically unsafe. He appeared to take advantage of the fact that the salon was empty at the time. My wife left the appointment feeling shaken and scared, and as a result, she will never return to your establishment.

I really liked the outcome and haircut. He did a great job with my hair, it took about 2 hours but the results were worth it. I used the Groupon, and he charged an additional $20. No where in the description did it say there would be additional fees. The Groupon costs $50 and is a $90 value. Their website says haircuts for women cost $60-80. I would've appreciated a disclaimer on the Groupon giving the limitations on the services provided, which is common practice. I would've tipped higher if I didn't get the unexpected charge on top of the groupon because I did really like the results. I don't think the Groupon is worth it, but their normal fees seem reasonable if their website is accurate.
