Tl;dr: Christopher rocks! Super recommend this amazing magician! After a few previous unfortunate experiences at different places near DC, my husband volunteered for home haircuts. While on vacation, we decided to try for something nicer, and made an appointment with Christopher on recommendation. I was (in a good way) so surprised by the shop. It was stylishly decorated, had great jazzy tunes, a great dog, and chill vibe. Christopher himself was witty and kind, set us at ease, and was a pleasure to talk to. During the cut, he was expertly unhurried while keeping the cut to around a half hour including rinse and some super helpful styling tips. Christopher is an amazing hair stylist/ barber. I highly reccomend getting a cut from him, especially if you are a male with medium- long hair like me. My favorite barber shop in the city, and I refuse to get my haircut elsewhere!

Wonderful experience for my husband! Excellent attention to detail, quick but not rushed, and took the time to teach hair styling and upkeep. Salon environment had great music and atmosphere. Christopher himself was the whole cake: funny, witty, and a lot of fun to be around. Haircut came out beautifully, maximizing the assets and balancing everything out.

I've been going to Enzi since 2002. He's not just a proficient hair stylist, he's the very definition of a Renaissance man - literature, music, art, movies - he's a veritable encyclopedia (with strong and amusing opinions on all of them)! And if you're lucky your appointment will coincide with an appearance by his adorable shar-pei, Velma.
