Energy SPA

Made an 11:30 appointment for a 90 minute massage today. I arrive at 11:20 and the door is locked; the sign on the door says “Open 7 Days 10 AM - 9:30 PM. I call the number and the man that answers says “come back at 2pm”. I said “what about the appointment that I made?”. He says “I know I know, I’m sorry”. If he was truly sorry, he would have called me (that’s how they make appointments - just phone number, no name) and asked to reschedule. Very inconsiderate. The last time I had an appointment they acted like they didn’t know that I made an appointment - extremely unprofessional.

Lovely ! Clean, quiet & relaxing massage. Thank heavens for the last minute opportunity to visit for a Hot Stone, perfect pressure massage. A little gem of a spot hidden in plain sight ! The women who did my massage was very rude when she gave me two different prices and I gave a tip I guess she wanted more so she repeated the amount 2x and when I said thank you have a nice day she said yeah sure this is not the first time one time a women tried to charge a tip more than what I offered that’s rude and she is rough the service is bad

I had a 30 min back neck massage the gentleman who works there gave me one of the best massages. I suffer from neck pain and severe migraines and I am so happy I found this place. Definitely a little gem.
