I’ve been going to Kris since 2014, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and without a doubt one of the best massage therapists around. I saw her yesterday for lymphatic drainage and red light therapy, and it was exactly what my body needed. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely reset. Her space is warm, cozy, and calming, and she creates an environment where you immediately feel comfortable and cared for. Kris is attentive, intuitive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ well-being. After more than a decade of seeing her, she consistently delivers exceptional care. Highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for truly excellent bodywork.

I started getting weekly lymphatic drainage massages for the month leading up to my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the entire prep process. One of the biggest benefits I noticed was a significant reduction in water retention. That “puffy” feeling I’d normally get during stressful weeks practically disappeared. Beyond the physical results, these massages became a reset button during a hectic time. Kristine is not only a very talented massage therapist . Her space is very welcoming and serene. She goes above and beyond for her clients and understands the body and innately knows how to guide people to allow them to release the stress spots in their body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have not just a massage , but a relaxing and releasing experience!

We absolutely love Kristine! My husband and I have been getting massages at Align for two years now.. Kristine is attentive, kind, and provides excellent massages. Over the years my needs have changed from lower back pain, neck tightness due to stress, and pregnancy! She helped with all of it.. Absolutely love the pressure and techniques she uses. I have also received the cupping service which is a great help to relieve sore muscles. My husband is not a big salon guy; so the privacy and comfort Kristine offers is perfect for us.
