Natalie was very personable and welcomed me with a smile! She listened and made great recommendations to get my hair healthy! She styled it very nice, asked if I was good with length, asked if I wanted it curled and how I liked it. Highly recommend her!

Owner ran her brush through my almost 3 feet of hair while it was wet very roughly. Caused a lot of damage. Then used the twist and pull method for blow out, causing more damage all throughout my hair and the root. Weeks later, my previously healthy hair is getting easily tangled and matted. Crystalina and Sophia would never do this to me, they were always so gentle with my hair. Literally crying because my hair is behaving so badly ever since my appointment with Jules, the others always treated my hair with love and care. And I’m so shy to say anything in person and I just let it happen!!! Ugh. Wish I could go back but I can’t . Now I have to go get a cut and trim and the damage she did to my hair is just not reversible. So I’ll have to wait a few years to have long healthy hair again. It

I’ve never been to the same salon twice, or gon to the salon twice in a year. All firsts for me. The establishment is beautifully put together and all the stylists were friendly. I loved that there was a variety of age groups as clients so I never felt like I didn’t belong. And my hair looks amazing!!!!! Thanks ladies. Special thanks to Sophia for slaying these curls.

Jules absolutely saved me. I had a horrible perm from a different salon that left my hair broken, fried, uneven in color and length, and I was heartbroken at the result. I called the salon in tears to see if anyone could help me and she immediately took me in. She was such a kind and loving person the entire service and actually gave me a hair style I felt happy being seen with. She went above and beyond to make sure my hair was less brittle after and the fried ends were taken care of. As well as the uneven tone. I will definetly be using this salon as my go to.
