Energy Massage

If i can give this place a zero i would, i went there for a $90 for about 2 hours but unfortunately my expectations did not come as expected. The lady left for a few minutes to deal with some business outside(this is not allowed) a massage therapist MUST be with the clients at all times. Then when i was about to leave the lady ask me if i can leave some tip(even a bad service i said yes) i told her $5 but she seems disappointed and she said for a 2hour massage it should be $20(Note there is no law or a tip should MANDATORY( i will report this place to the State Board of Massage Therapy and the State Attorney General Consumer protection office. ( what a nightmare) TIPS SHOULD NEVER BE MANDATORY FORCED TIP IS A BIG NO NO BY LAW SPECIALLY HERE IN CALIFORNIA WHAT A RIP OFF T

I wasn't going to leave a bad review or tip nothing, but after I handed the masseuse a $10 tip she said "for a 90 minute massage you should leave $20" x2. Not only was the massage bad (2nd worst one I've received), but I was charged for a head and feet massage which I wouldn't come close to calling it that. She scratched and pulled my hair for 20 mins. My foot massage was aggressively massing the top of my foot and legs. At the very end I was in pain so then she actually massed my soles. Clearly untrained & the audacity to request a higher tip. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your money.

Was in need of a last min massage. I'm used to going to a typical massage therapist, very picky on a place depending on reviews and if recommended. Anyway. There are not many medical type massage therapists in Tracy. Checked out 2 places that were open late. Seemed sketchy. Then I found Energy Massage and was willing to give it a try. It had a lot more lighting compared to the other 2 places. KELLY was my masseuse. She did an amazing job! Could feel my knots and tried her best to get them out. She did deep tissue/full body. She did back and back of legs with lotion. Only massaged the front legs with cloth on top. Stretched arms/shoulders. Stretched legs. Overall, she did well! I would go back again. You pay beforehand. Hip was killing me. Stopped off to see if a massage would help. Tracy asked me what type of massage I wanted. I said deep tissue. Tracy explained she would not recommend it as my hip was already sore. She recommended Swedish and I went with it. I recieved a non interrupted massage for a full hour. That is now my go to place. Communication was great and professional treatment was wonderful. Thank you Tracy! Recommended for all your needs

Stopped by as a walk-in. $50 for an hour massage. Mediocre massage and the masseuse left in the middle of the massage for a few minutes to handle a business issue. At this point I would have rated 3 stars. As I left I offered a $10 tip, instead of a "thank you" I was asked for $20. The rudeness of wanting a 40% tip for a basic massage warrants only one star. I am new to the area and was looking for a business I could visit weekly, but I will not be returning.
