When I first walked in, I was greeted by Nadia. The spa was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. They had fresh flowers and paintings from local artists which gave the waiting area a nice touch. Nadia made sure to prioritize my comfort- offering water, restroom, and establishing clear communication. The room was prepped on time and made to be a sanctuary for the next hour. I got a facial and it was absolutely amazing. The products, head massage, and shoulder massages were so relaxing I started drooling off to sleep! 10/10 recommend booking any service with Nadia!

My visits to ENCY Esthetics exceeded all my expectations. The eyebrow tinting is the best you can find, and I had such an amazing facial she was so attentive to my skins needs. The esthetician's attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made me feel pampered and cared for from start to finish. I have been going to the Salon since they moved from the San Francisco location. It is a beautiful place and they are professional in every way. I was an Esthetician for 30 years, I am so happy they are here. Nadia has taken care of my 74 year old skin making me look great! I love this place 💙💙💙

Ive had waxing done regularly all over SF for years but I've never been ecstatic about the experience or the results until I met Nadia at Ency Esthetics. She's friendly, her service and attention to detail is amazing, and she did an absolutely immaculate job. This place is kind of far for me coming from east bay, but it's so worth it, and the prices are competitive.

Christine and Nadia are the absolute best! While Christine has been doing my brows for years I just got my first skincare treatment for the first time last week. I was totally blown away by the results! The problems that I've been having with my skin for years completely went away and my skin was glowing to the point of people actually complementing me on my complexion. Not to mention, they do a fabulous job waxing. The salon is gorgeous and they are incredibly clean and professional. I can not recommend Ency Esthetics enough!
