He absolutely did help, not only was he able to alleviate the pain in my back in one session but he was able to recommend stretches and other activities that I could use to keep my body limber. If I could give Sam Sadin 10 stars, I would! I had my first session at Body Ecology several years ago. I have had three spine surgeries and have been to numerous massage therapists over the years and am very cautious who I use. I have never had a more effective body worker than Sam Sadin. His skill, approach and intuition are all beyond words. I have been so happy with his body work that I have chosen him countless times to get gift certificates for loved ones because I want them to experience a session with him. My husband and I are also rock climbers and the type of climbing we do can be hard on the body and we've often joked that if we could afford to take a private masseuse with us, it would be Sam Sadin. My husband does not typically feel comfortable going to someone for body work, b
