Emma’s Nails & Spa Rockport Tx

I'm very disappointed in the results of my latest visit to Emma's. I've been coming here on and off since moving to Rockport a few years ago, and this most recent experience was disappointing. I went in on 09/26 (which also happened to be my birthday, and I wanted to treat myself), and here's the result of my gel manicure a week and a day later; I also got a pedicure that felt SUPER rushed. I WILL not return to Emma's for several reasons including this one, the other reason is I felt judged based on what I was wearing, and I also happen to be heavier set, so... yeah. Not a good experience overall.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Emma Nails & Spa – Rockport, TX I’ve been getting my nails done by the owner of Emma Nails & Spa for over 26 years, ever since she was in Ingleside. Kim and her team are absolutely amazing! This is hands down the #1 place to go for nails, pedicures, manicures, and spa services. The salon is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and they truly care about their clients. If you want beautiful nails that last and service you can trust, ask for Kim or Nelly — they always go above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was told I couldn’t have a 5 PM appointment, so I was told to come at 4:30. (I work 35 minutes out of Rockport, had to rush to get to my apt)Nelly usually running 10-15 minutes late every time but that seems average. At 4:45 I asked the owner to double check my apt time(yes 4:30). At 5 Nelly was still working on a customer and being a previous nail tech I knew she had at least 10-15 minutes more with that client. I make it a habit to always be on time for my appointments, because I’m courteous that way, but unfortunately, these nail techs don’t treat the clients with that type of respect and courtesy. I wasn’t even given An apology for her running late in fact, she didn’t Even approach me to say anything about her running late. Needless to say me and my entire family will no longer be

Best salon in Rockport! I went in for a dip manicure and pedicure today with Nelly. I took my young daughters with me and Gabby and Anna were doing their nails! Anna did a bunch of cute coastal designs on my daughters nails! Pleasant experience, clean, nice people.

Immaculate Customer Service at Emma's! Wow! From being greeted to checkout, my experience with Emma's was Extremely Extraordinary! I went for a Dip Service and was placed in the wonderful hands of Thai! And WOW!!!!!! I AM SO VERY ELATED, OVERJOYED to receive such AMAZING and COURTEOUS SERVICE! Now, you may want to try other shops....but seriously!....why would you want to!?! This was my first visit but I guarantee you, I'll definitely be back again and again! The shop is extremely clean, welcoming and refreshing! Three cheers for Thai and his fabulous experience that he provided me! BRAVO 👏🏼 BRAVO 👏🏼 BRAVO 👏🏼! Thank you again for making my Nails look so AWESOME!!! So, the next time you find yourself wanting your Nails done or a Pedicure....you MUST Try Emma's!
