Waited 40 minutes with my toddler to get him a haircut. The “stylist” made ZERO effort to make him feel comfortable in the chair and did not listen to me when I told her THREE TIMES that he is scared of buzzers and she would have to give him a scissor cut, instead scaring him even more than he was by approaching him with the buzzer. She was not even slightly apologetic and did not seem to care that my child is in need of a haircut. Absolute waste of time.

We get home and I notice my nephews haircut is messed up behind his ear. I mean he stayed pretty still the whole time. And I feel like the lady should’ve informed us before we left. Or said “He moved so it cut a bit to much right here” but she didn’t tell us at all. Over all the cut isn’t bad but this one part is not good at all.

I've been coming here for yr's. I will not go to anyone else. My son also comes here & he's always satisfied. They have conversations with u while u'r getting ur hair cut. They are very caring & polite. Their place always looks very nice & clean, very.... well kept.

Today I went in for a haircut and watched the female cut a bald headed guys hair for over 20 minutes. And talked to him the whole time. Tom wasn't there .I came right before 12 I'll never go back. I'm seriously pissed at the total lack of professionalism.will recommend to all go somewhere else.

The first time in my life I know, without a doubt, when I leave my hair will be cut right. No inconsistent cuts to have to let grow out and get someone to fix. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their service and the cuts I get. Sometimes I have to wait for my turn but never for a long time. Honestly, I would happily wait a long time for a cut if necessary. That is nothing compared to waiting for a shaggy cut to grow out. 120% happy customer!!
