I gave a star because everyone was very nice. I had an appointment for Brooke. She cut and dried my hair, which looked good when I left. She got a good tip. During the rest of the day, I wondered why when I put behind my ears it would keep falling out on my left side. Eventually I Looked in mirror and the right side is about 1-1/2" longer than the left. I did not call and complain and I will not go back. Another women came in for same time that wasn't on schedule so maybe she was rushed. Either way no excuse for what I got for my money.

Love my hair. Big step going gray but Brooke did an amazing job. My hair is soft and love the cut! They got me right in evenwith the holidays. Great job!

Brook succeeded All my expectations I cannot say enough Wonderful things about her she had a huge job to do with my hair heavy highlighted I cannot wait to go back in September all the stylists there made me feel so welcomed treated me with such kindness my mother was a beautician for 40 years so all my life I had a personal stylist but she can no longer do my hair I knew this day would come that my mother would not be able to do my hair it is so extremely difficult to find a good stylist hairdresser she is top-notch!!!!! It's been 5 years since I felt like myself again I haven't had my hair highlighted and blonde i Love Love Love my New Hair Style my Blonde Hair she made my hair feel so silky & soft !!!! The energy there is Amazing 🫴💫 Brook Thank you so much ! You cant imagine how Good

Brooke did an incredible job on my hair and I absolutely love it! Good conversation, which is important if you’re going to be in a chair for a few hours. All the staff made it a warm and friendly environment. I highly recommend Southern Roots. The lighting in picture might not show the balayage very well, but that was the only picture I took straight out of the salon 🤷‍♀️

Winter Texan and first time in Rockport. I needed to cover my roots and made an appointment with Lauren. She took my stylist formula that I carry with me and adjusted it for her products. She did an amazing job! Highly recommend
