Emma's Nails

As soon as I walked into the salon, I could tell I was not welcomed. The staff stared. Whispering comments. I was very uncomfortable the entirety of my visit. Everyone around me was White or Asian, I was the only brown person in the salon. The lady at the cash register seemed to be the only nice one. I sat down and the lady doing my nails did not want me to be there, even though I never said a word except “thank you”. I looked around to see how friendly the staff was to the rest of the ladies sitting down except me. When she finished I tipped her and told her to have a good day with a smile and headed to register to pay for the service. As soon as I stood up she angrily said “that will be $35”. I came with my mother in law. They left dirt on her toes nail. The design that I wanted was so far of my expectations, Definitely I won’t come back to this place

This was the worst experience I ever had. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and both Grace who did my pedicure and Sue who did my gel nails did the worst job I have ever seen. It looked like a four year old did my nails. don’t go there! And they are very expensive. I will never go back!

The minute you walk in the door everyone is so friendly. The place is immaculate. The nail technicians are extremely professional. The owner, Emma, always helps me choose such beautiful colors for my nails and Jackie is extremely creative with the designs for the nail art on my nails. The pedicures are relaxing and the foot and leg massage is the best you can get. Whether you live close by or need to drive the distance, it is well worth the trip!
