It’s my first time here and my first time ever going to a salon, I’m always afraid to go to any salon because I don’t want my hair to be ruined and that’s exactly what happened. The first day I went in and told Emma I wanted to get highlights and go a bit lighter, my natural hair color is dark brown also I let her know before hand that I have died It black myself in the Past. She insisted the she could still do the job. So the ending results came out bad it was orange/yellow in my roots and still dark in the bottom half and the highlights were uneven at the top! made it clear I didn’t like it (Keep in mind i spent $170) she said it came out like that because I had black in my hair… which I already knew I told her I had black in my hair! so she said ok come back tomorrow and I’ll fix it so

Went to her salon to get some high lights she has done a good job before but she messed up my hair. Don't look like I used to and my colors are white and blue !
