I had a great experience for my appointment with Amy! She took her time with my acrylics and replicated my inspiration photos for my nails perfectly! The salon is clean and appears well run. I had no issues booking an appointment online using their website.

I’m so grateful that I found Ann at Em Nails when I moved to San Diego in 2023. She is truly talented at nail art and I especially appreciate her patience with small details! I constantly get compliments on my nails everywhere I go and they actually last me around 4 weeks per set (GelX). I also enjoy that the salon is usually pretty quiet and everyone is friendly. Parking is a little hard but there are usually spots 1-2 streets over past the construction area.

I'm not that picky when it comes to nails, usually very easy to please, but shocked that this salon has such a high rating. Wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi at the start of my work trip but mani was so bad I didnt do the pedicure. Nail polish was really old and gloopy, it looks uneven and has bubbles under it, ridges by the cuticles and gaps around the edges. The person doing my nails was distracted by their phone and the TV, I think she even took a FaceTime while actively painting my fingernails. I stopped to buy nail polish remover on the way home and am repainting in my hotel room. Very disappointed. Salon could also be cleaner and tools seemed like they had been used on other clients without sanitizing.

I made an appointment over the phone and came with a design that was executed immaculately!!! The salon is so inviting and had great snacks :) I was a little indecisive so the tech who was helping me was so patient and gave great advice! I love my nails <3

I've been going to EM Nail Salon for years. I've brought my daughter and granddaughter here and ALL of us are absolutely always so very HAPPY with our nails and toes. I always get "cat eye" polish and ask for Lee....Superb! I love this Salon because it's always exceptionally clean and they make you feel like you're the most important client. Prices are good and I totally recommend EM Nail Salon.
