This place has my business! The look from the parking lot screams “welcome”, very inviting and professional looking. The store is small, but not cramped, and the staff member was ultra friendly and down to earth. She knew where everything was and asked the right questions to help me get what I needed. The prices are similar to other stores and they carry better product lines than most in terms of hair. My only downside to the store is that they don’t carry pre-looped human hair for crocheting, but I was able to get packs of braid hair so I’ll work with it. You definitely need to support this store! Maybe they’ll be able to open a store in Fernandina Beach one day, however, for now, I am happy to drive the 25 minutes to get to the store.

I was greeted with a smile. The place was clean. The atmosphere was friendly. For it being a new beauty supply it had a nice variety of hair to choose from. But could use more accessories like hair brushes,combs,etc. I enjoyed his collection of body oils perfumes. I shall return for future visits and tell my friends and family. I have always had a pleasant experience when shopping at Eloure Beauty Supply. They have a suggestion list for certain items their customers may want or need when they are not able to find them in store, they even offer pick up as a convenience to their customers , and who doesn’t love receiving loyalty points each time you shop??? I have witnessed the staff to be very helpful and professional, always greeting their customers with a smile. If you are big on top tier customer service like me, this beautiful, clean, welcoming atmosphere is the one I’d recommend. Returning customer here!!
