EDITING DUE TO GREAT RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT. (They handled this issue swiftly and professionally. I'll go back and give them another try for sure.) OG Post: Cute space. Dazzle Dry worked really well, and was worth the extra money. However… beware. My technician… not sure how to describe it… she carved grooves into my nails. She was using a round grinding tool near my cuticles (I’ve seen these used for removing gels), and I was worried about it, but I decided to trust her… she couldn’t actually be digging a groove, right? But no… big arced grooves carved into all of my nails that I now have to wait til they fully grow out. It’ll be months. (This was done a month ago). Nails are currently just cut as short as possible because why bother while they have these grooves. Why would they do this

I recently went to Ellie and Sass for the "zero gravity pedicure" which I saw featured on their Instagram story. Let me tell you - it delivered! Tanisha was fantastic making me feel super comfy and relaxed. She knows what she's doing! The pedicure takes place in a private, dimly lit room. Tanisha sets you up with blankets, a heated neck wrap, and weighted eye mask, then sits you back in a "zero gravity" chair. It was heavenly & just what I needed after a long week. I totally entered a theta state. If you want the relaxing feeling of a massage but also need to get your toes done - this one's for you.

This is the cutest nail salon and spa! i just found this gem in Venice. The technicians are super detail oriented and friendly. My manicure is on point. The Vibe is amazing and I’m so happy I’ve found my new go to spot! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Cant wait to go back and try a facial next.

Can’t recommend Ellie and Sass more. Management is kind. Environment is a delight. The energy is light, technicians are detailed oriented and deliver a very high level of service. I’ve had everything from mani/pedi to brows and lashes. And, prices are fair! Easy booking online and they respond via text too!

I just had the most amazing pedi ever with Tanisha! The foot & leg massage was the best l've ever had (and I get monthly pedicures)! I no longer live in LA but every time I visit I will be booking at Ellie & Sass! The salon was super cute, relaxing and the staff were beyond nice and friendly making it a 11/10 experience. I already can't wait for my next service!
