I flew in from Sydney, Australia to visit. Absolutely divine facial. My skin looked amazing! Laura was an amazing aesthetician educating me with every product with such passion, knowledge and enthusiasm. I bought a range of beautiful products. Ariel also had wonderful customer service. A worthwhile trip, even from overseas!

For the past two years I’ve been using OSEA products and I absolutely love the way the products feel on my skin and the huge difference products with clean ingredients do. I finally set time aside to get a Cranial Wave 50 min facial and am so pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Christina had. Not to mention she had hands of angel! Using only OSEA products custom to my skin and goals we were looking to achieve, the products used were so refreshing and not overdone or sensitive. With the drastic weather changes in LA, my since was so dry and I was really seeking hydration and clarity. The extractions were great, cleaning my pores from all the summer SPF and oils. What a disappointment. Love the company and the products. Been using this brand for years and was excited to visit the location for the second time, but the customer service was terrible. The lady on the floor working the register was not great at all. Unfortunately, I did not take down her name. Curly hair was there on Monday morning 11/10. We spent over 200 dollars. We asked to use the bathroom, and she said it was for customers only, but we were the customers who had just spent over $200 dollars. Make a note, been there before and spent money and was able to utilize the ladies' room. I asked for a few samples and again was presented with a not great customer service attitude. I could not believe that the brand of such a reputation would act in an inhospitable way. Will never go back!!!

What a great experience! It was one of the best facials I have ever received. Laura was a gem and so passionate. She also gave me wonderful information to take home and noted down all the products used. I purchased a scrub, and she provided useful instructions. The salon is stunning and very comfortable to lounge around in. I will make sure to return and recommend it.

I have visiting Osea skincare studio multiple times. The new way techniques, machines, knowledge I have experience have blow other spas out of the water. I recommend this to anyone who really wants to take their skin care to the next level
