If I can give 0, I would. The way they were digging into my toes was painful and 3 days later, my toes were sore. I’ve never experienced this before… my nails were terrible. They went over the cuticles with acrylic which causes lifting quicker. And the paint job was blotchy. I spent a little over $100.

Pedicures are great. Nails are horrible. I tried three different times and all three times were horrible. I always like to give a shop the benefit of maybe just a bad day but nope. I’m very disappointed because they are very nice

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this nail salon (3/22/25). The nail technician was very unprofessional—she cut me several times during the service and didn’t seem to care at all. She also got acrylic all over my fingertips and, knowing she had already cut me with the electric file, she proceeded to use it to file down the hardened acrylic on my fingers, making it worse. When I voiced my concerns, she completely ignored them, which made me feel even more frustrated. The work itself was careless, and my nails are thick and bumpy, and just absolutely awful. I’m really unhappy with the results, and the overall service was trash. I used to love this place, but since the change in ownership and new staff, the service has drastically declined I will not be returning

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT HERE!! I came here a couple times until the nail technician cut into my skin using a cuticle cutter to cut my toe nails while getting a pedicure. The bleeding was very horrible and the way they handled the situation was horrifying and very concerning. I went home with only 9 toe nails done owner told me to come back in three days to get that one toe nail painted. I went back 4 days later I felt like I bothered them by going in to get the 10th toe painted. Day of incident They went from putting a white powder to stop the bleeding, Neosporin, tabacoo from a not used cigarette and them wanting to put crazy glue on it.

The service has gone down hill. New techs with hardly any experience. The water was cool, wouldn’t make warmer. I didn’t receive the correct color or lemon scrub I asked for. I usually tip well bit I was so disappointed I didn’t. Won’t go back terrible absolutely terrible! I would give a zero if I could!!😡
