I absolutely love Elevate Hair Salon. The owner is wonderful, and my stylist, Cassidy, is truly incredible. I’ve always been anxious about going to salons because no one ever seemed to understand what I wanted, and I usually left feeling disappointed — to the point where I would cut my own hair at home. But with Cassidy, all of that changed. She listens, she understands, and she delivers exactly what I’m hoping for every single time. I trust her completely, and the results always blow me away. I’ve never felt more comfortable or confident in a stylist. If you’re looking for a salon where you feel heard, cared for, and genuinely happy with your hair, Elevate is the place. Elevate Hair Salon is absolutely amazing, and I have to give a special shout out to Megan and David. From the moment I walked in, Megan at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She’s warm, professional, and on top of everything. She set the tone for such a positive experience. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel like a valued guest right away and she nailed it. David completely transformed my hair with extensions. Not only is his work flawless (seriously, you’d never know they weren’t my natural hair) but he also took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable the whole time. It’s been almost 2 months since I got my haircut from Diane and I have to say it’s been the best and most thorough cut I’ve had in a long time. My hair is fine and thinning. Not much to work with but Diane took her time and my hair feels really healthy. She was kind, genuine and professional. I will definitely be back to see her

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment—well within their clearly stated 15-minute grace period—only to be told it had been canceled by the stylist Violet. I completely understand the importance of being on time, but if your policy allows a 15-minute window, it should be respected. Canceling on a client who is still within that timeframe feels unprofessional and rigid. To make matters worse, I called later that same hour hoping to speak with the owner about the situation. I was told they would get back to me, but I never received a call. That lack of follow-through was especially frustrating and only added to my disappointment. This has become my go-to salon for cut and color. The entire staff is friendly, fun and FABULOUS! Reception is easily accessible, quick and provides convenient text reminders (a HUGE bonus for me, personally). Jena is a genie in heels—she never disappoints.
