My favorite nail salon! So cozy inside, feels like home, and without any smells of nail polish. Clean place and professional staff. Love the spa pedicure, which comes with hot towel wraps. Entrance door is by Lucca’s restaurant.

Love broken nail boutique every time! Nails, hair, and service are all top notch. Everything is spotless, which is reassuring. Only downside is they are always packed so you need to make an appointment a good amount of time ahead of when you'd like to come.

I always get excellent manicures and pedicures at Broken Nail! Unfortunately my most recent no chip manicure was chipping after just a few days, but I was so appreciative they took me in as soon as possible to give me an entirely new manicure. That above & beyond service will keep me coming back. ☺️

Absolutely amazing. Beth is the best. Love my poly gel nails with flower. I know when my nails have been done right they grow like weeds. One week later and my nails look great even with the new growth.

WILL NOT RETUR. DO NOT RECOMMENDED. Update not even a week later I have to go back to get 2 nails repair poss 3. For the price I expected better quality nail polish. Also, it’s almost imposible to see your technician for the repair not happy about that. Prob won’t be returning.
