Elements Salon & Day Spa

Went in with a sorta, kinda idea of what I wanted but didn’t know how to express it. Never had my hair professionally colored before today. Natalie walked me through ideas & I just told her that I trust her. I’m so excited and absolutely LOVE the results!! I was actually astonished that she could take my possible ideas & bring them together with amazing results. Back has overall lilac tint on gray hair & peek-a-boo bright colors in back with the bright blue, purple, teal near face.

I got a haircut from Kaden at the Deborah location and I couldn’t be happier. I have long stubborn hair and haven’t had it cut in a salon in about six years. Kaden listened to every single detail about what I wanted, checked several times along the way to make sure he wasn’t taking too much off and that I liked where we were heading, and I love my hair so much now. I hated styling it before because it was so flat and boring and he added layers in all the right places to let my natural waves shine. Will absolutely be going back here in the future, Kaden was also really funny and kind and made me feel a lot less awkward than I usually do. Amazing experience ❤️

Booked a haircut and color for my engagement photos. I explained that I have long, thick hair. I showed up to my appointment and showed them what I wanted done, only to be told that they don't have enough time. Apparently they booked the appointment as highlights, when I said color. They offered to add some color, or the next appointment over 2 weeks out, saying a consultation should have been done first which was never offered when I booked the appointment. Beyond disappointed. Because they failed to schedule properly we now need to reschedule the photos. Thankfully I was able to find a different place that is working to fit me in this weekend, unlike this place which made the mistake.

Amazing staff, great spa, looking forward to trying more services! I have gotten a massage, a facial, and a haircut here and I definitely recommend them!

Had a facial with Mary Ella and had a great experience. She was kind, kept me informed through out the whole process, and she was very intentional with the facial and catered it to my skin needs. We did a peel mask and now almost a week later my face is feeling smooth and even in texture- I have very oily spots or really dry patches so having even texture is hard. 12/10. Great experience.
