Elements of Therapy

I just got a message with Rebeka and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything that I told her and made sure to really target those areas. She went above and beyond for me. If you need some pain relief and relaxation, she’s your girl!

Booked a 60 minute massage with Nicole. Nicole was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Where the disappointment comes in is during checkout I was told it would be $125 and asked if I’d like to add gratuity. I asked the front desk staff why the price seemed so high, to which she responded with “you had a deep tissue massage, it is extra for that”. I did not request a deep tissue massage. Upon booking the appointment I said “I prefer a man, as they tend to use more pressure”. Staff said no male masseuse was available today. I responded saying “okay, as long as she can use some firm pressure that’s fine”. That’s when the staff should have notified me that I was gong to be upcharged for a deep tissue since I used a key word for them. I guess “firm pressure” = deep tissue. Though, I’ve been
