Krista is amazing! She offers the best customer service and makes you feel right at home. She explains everything she’s doing, provides solutions for any problem areas, and even includes a relaxing arm massage. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but this place truly has it. My skin looked noticeably brighter afterward, and the pricing is very affordable — great value, especially with how much everything seems to be going up lately. I am a member to elements massage and usually have a great experience and leave feeling better than I walked in feeling. Today was the exact opposite. I feel absolutely awful now, as my whole body is in terrible pain. I just had the worse massage of my life by Garrett. Literally the whole time he just dug his elbow in me. Never once asked how I was or if pressure was ok. I had to ask several times to lighten the pressure. There was a point in the massage where I was just going to get up as I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I literally went in with one knot in my back and now I feel as if there are 15 knots in my back. By far the worst massage I have ever received and I cannot believe I wasted my money on that. It’s massages like this that make me question why I even have a membership. Abso

Brian H. has magic hands that seek and eradicate pain. Restored full range of motion to my injured shoulder and hip after a car accident. I thought I'd be dealing with pain the rest of my life, Brian has proved otherwise. I'd pay twice the price and it would be worth it.

This was my first time at Elements Massage, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Nicole gave me a sports massage with cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really dialed into the problem areas I mentioned. I left feeling looser, lighter, and way less tense. The facility was clean and calming, and the front desk staff made the whole process smooth and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be asking for Nicole again. Highly recommend!
