Elements Massage - Chester

If I could give a zero I would. Extremely disappointing and unethical experience with Elements Massage – Chester. My husband was a long-time member at the Morris Plains Elements Massage, which closed on 12/31. He had placed his membership on hold because he had 12 prepaid 90-minute sessions remaining. We spoke directly with the manager, who told us it was fine for me and our daughter to use the remaining sessions. Two sessions were used, leaving 10 prepaid 90-minute sessions (valued at well over $1,000). Since the summer, I repeatedly tried to book appointments. Calls went unanswered, the location was often closed, and I received messages saying someone would call me back which never happened. This went on for months. I have all these messages saved. i have been going to Elements of Chester for years now and always had a very satisfying experience. Most recently I’ve been scheduling monthly with Kassandra because she is awesome. At times my problem areas may change and require more attention . When this happens Kassandra has no problem adjusting to the time and pressure required to always have me consistently leaving feeling 100% better.

One of the worse massages I have ever experienced. The girl at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The massage therapist was polite, but his hands were like a child was giving me a massage. Also, the tables are not heated, so it was very chilly and uncomfortable. When I checked out, the girl ant the front desk didn’t even bother to ask how was everything. That’s like common courtesy. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CHESTER OR MORRIS PLAINS LOCATIONS! I was supposed to get a 90-minute massage but only received a 70-minute massage and was still expected to pay full price! When I brought this to the owner's attention, she deflected, and I was banned in front of other guests! This was extremely humiliating especially since I did NOTHING wrong except point out a discrepancy. She basically said that when you pay for a 90-minute massage, you really only get an 80-minute massage. I was alright with that, but to ONLY RECEIVE A 70-MINUTE MASSAGE??? This is false advertisement! And for record, I was 5 minutes early. If you are looking for a full 90-minute massage, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other wonderful places in and around Morris county.

I highly recommend Kassandra and Elements in Chester. I have found all the staff to be extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Although I have had several great massages here, Kassandra is next level. Literally the best massage I have ever had.
