I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your center. I chose to visit your facility based on your 4.9-star rating; however, the service I received did not reflect that standard. I have found it consistently difficult to reach anyone by phone, as calls are typically unanswered and followed only by an automated text message. Due to an emergency, I arrived slightly late for my appointment. Despite the circumstances, the therapist deducted this time from my session, providing only a 30-minute massage even though I paid for 60 minutes. Furthermore, the 30-minute session was unsatisfactory as the therapist was not thorough. I reached out to the owner, Sally, regarding this matter but have yet to receive a response. I got many massages at Elements Massage in Campbell and they are tailored to what my body needs. The therapist their care to help you feel better and are qualified.

There seem to be impossible to book for the weekends. And then even if u finally r able to book them, then certain masseuse will cancel last minute, and repeatedly. Also, for 90 min session, often u will only get 75 mins as the masseuse will enter after 5 mins and then ending early. And this is not a bogus review, as I can provide the name and pretty sure I’m not the only one. The usual suspect name is Danielle. It’s a shame, this place used to be the best 5 years ago..

I have been going to Elements Massage for a few years. They closed Los Gatos, so I'm going to the Campbell location, with the same masseuse. I have really appreciated Mary Ann's sessions, as she takes care of me and has a kind, compassionate touch. I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. She always asks how I'm doing, if any part of my body needs special attention, etc. She focuses on those areas or provides an overall relaxing massage, depending on what I ask for. Mary Ann has also been helpful in giving me advice on mindfulness and self-care, because we talk about that during our sessions. If I'm in the mood to be totally quiet, she also respects that.
