Elegant Nails

What I asked for vs what I got terrible, he rushed to do my nails. Nothing like I asked for at all!! I was waiting almost a hour just to get my nails done terrible service ! do NOT recommend at ALL! Lucky nails is Way better

The massages were great, however, the nail polish was coming up in 3 days on finger & toe nails and you can see, the skin I had to pull from my middle finger. I was hoping the $80 for a simple manicure/pedicure would last at least two weeks, but as you can see by the photo, it didn't last a week. Very disappointed. I used to use this shop quite often, but the work that I received this time was not very pleasing after over 2 hours of being there. Haven't been there in a while & will only go this week to show them my nails in person. I hate to even publicly post my photo, but I had to show how badly they were pulling up from the sides.

These were done on 7/15 a refill with gel color they were coffin shape to start with not sure what shape they are now very dissatisfied with the service I asked for matte black/brown this is what I got very thick and bumpy and not matte at all...To avoid drama I paid and politely left will not use their services anymore

Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Was my first time there but my daughter goes there often. She loves getting her nails done there.

Literally very horrible experience. my nails got rushed through and they weren’t right at all I got a pedicure and my feet are very messed up from the way they do pedicures I was the last customer in one night and they didn’t clean their shop they just left ! HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!! They are unsanitary and things are not clean they reuse most of their pedicure tools so other people feet are still on the tools it’s just very disgusting I do not recommend horrible attitudes
