The nail tech guy scratched my foot and it stings really bad. I asked if I could at least get a discount or a $50 credit and they didn’t give me neither but a $5 credit for compensation. That is highly unacceptable and they should be held accountable.

Definitely the worst pedicure I’ve had in my life and I’m 66 so I’ve had a few pedicures in my day. The technician was very rough and I would be willing to bet money. My feet weren’t even in the water 10 minutes. She started to paint my Toenails and I stopped her and asked her if she was gonna straighten my nails first, she had used a cuticle cutter to cut my toenails with, and they were very uneven. She put down the polish and grabbed the file. My nails are uneven, not straight across at all. The guy who did my nails did an OK job, but my nails ended up more pointy looking than oval And the color was supposed to be purple with glitters, and it ended up, looking like a reddish pink with glitter. Needless to say, I will never go back and I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went the

They didn't take their time to do my nail art and I had to ask for a second coat of glitter to be put on then only one clear top coat was put on and 3 of my nails had clipped that same day. Will not be going back.

It was okay. Cut my cuticle. Definitely didn’t use new/clean nail supplies. Did not deliver requested shape. But overall, it was okay. However,I will come back to give them another chance

This is the worse mail job I ever received, I request oval French manicure and what I got was a pointy uneven and bumpy surface nails job, some of the nails looked like it has a dent between my nail bed and the tip making look like spoon with a big bump, you can be able to see it and de finally feel those bumps, I told the girl and she keep talking undenerh her breath in her language, This people I don’t think they are license to be performing that type of job. It’s hard to believe that someone would give them a license when they don’t know how work on nails and also can’t understand customers neither. I was been nice and patient letting her know what was wrong but she couldn’t understand English or she refused to fixed. I highly won’t recommend this place unless you want to threw your mon
