The store was secure and neatly organized. They have handicap parking and wheelchair accessible entry. Bhaida was extremely welcoming and helpful with me finding everything that I needed. I would definitely recommend this beauty shop for anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

Today was my first time visiting this store. It is very well kept, clean, organized, and customer service is on par. SHOUT OUT TO KAYLA!!! She will make sure you get what you need by listening and giving you suggestions/options. I appreciate that she gives her honest opinion.

Not my usual hair store, I purchased a Crimper from there on Sunday. The crimper did not work on my hair. I spoke To Bee. She told me to come and See her. I don't get off work until 5:00. She was not there so the young lady at the Counter got another Manager, mind you I did not want a refund but a Store credit because the crimper did not work. Bee stated She was going to help me find another one. The mgr that the young lady had got was so nonchalant. Did not want to do anything at all. Told me to come back when Bee was there. Didn't offer a Store credit. Just sounded dumb. He said, I used it. Yes How else was I supposed to find out it does not work properly. Make it make sense. You don't have to worry about me coming back. Signed a Paying.😡 .

Such a BEAUTIFUL store!! VERY clean and well lit but not over bearing. I am a natural curly hair mommy and will continue to come in! I am so glad Mrs. B. recommend I come in. Pretttyyy good sales too on GREAT brands. And so many brands have extended lines on the shelves :) Love it!

I dealt, with Valantine & Bhaida , these ladies were amazing. I do not live in Jacksonville but whenever I come to the is state, this is my store. They have amazing wigs, at amazing prices. I wish this store was in the state I live in. I buy several wigs to last me until I come back to Jax. You must come to this store… you will not be disappointed. They usually have buy one get one. I am so excited and grateful and thankful to the Lord for ordering my steps here. I am so grateful. Thank you for everything Valentine & Bhaida… you both made me feel valued .
