They really took their time to answer my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. The selection is incredible they have everything you could possibly need and so many options to choose from. I loved how organized and well-stocked everything was. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their store. I’ll definitely be back. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. As the publix is next door to this business, I walked in with a clear bag with a cake in it, nothing else. I was not greeted with a “hello” or “welcome in” I was met with “do you mind setting that bag down on that counter?” When I was ready to check out, the same employee monitoring the door (who is not security) spoke on the radio to ask someone else to come to the register to check me out. It took a little over a minute for someone to get to the register. The lady who walked up appeared to be a Hispanic female with brown hair. As she was walking up, she told the other employee that contacted her by radio to watch the other male in the corner that just walked in. Love this place! I had no clue what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed to buy! Not to mention the rewards they have! The 5 dollars off was the icing on the cake!! This will be my hair store until I move!
