I’m extremely disappointed by how I was treated as a paying customer. I had a scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, someone else was already in the chair. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the mistake, I was simply told someone else could do my nails or I could leave. When I later addressed concerns about quality (my nails began lifting and separating from my natural nails after only about 2.5 weeks), I was met with attitude and anger instead of professionalism. Ultimately, they chose to refuse service rather than take accountability. What makes this even more upsetting is that this business is located in our neighborhood and heavily supported by the local community. I love this Nail salon. Vivian is always on point. She does my eyebrows perfectly every time. She never miss and she is great on the nails too. She shape your tips very well!! The pedicures are amazing!!!

Went to have a pedicure with 2 nails added on both large toes. Had a full set of nails put on, I asked for low, not knowing that the nails would be cut down to the very tip of my fingers which was very ugly,, this terrible service cost me an outrageous amount of $110. This was a total rip-off. The toe nail came off, three nails came off in less than 5 days. I will never give them my business again. Very bad place and service.

Please don’t go to Eastpointe nails you are better off learning from scratch than wasting your money here. Their price continues to increase while service quality depletes. My attached photo is after correcting how I want them over and over again and they still came out hideous. My tips were put on crooked and flared AND it’s spaces between my nail and the fake nails so food and other stuff get caught easily. They tried to charge $50 for a short full set with French tips and when i questioned it the price was knocked down $10 also after I paid and everything he tried to say $5 more dollars so I started pointing out all thing wrong with my nails and one of his many excuses were “that’s just you nail, that’s how you nail shaped”… enough said spend your money where it is valued and maybe appr

My first visit for a pedicure was perfect so I decided to go back for a mani and pedicure after almost walking out because of the wait they finally sat me in a chair for service, I enjoyed my pedicure and I think my toes look great the last time I went it cost like 35 dollars ok so I sit down for my manicure no fake nails just a simple polish imagine my shock when my bill came to 93 dollars oh yeah I do have glitter on 4 fingers never going back
