I’ve been coming here for years, but since the ownership change in 2024, the quality of service has declined while prices have increased. Today, I arrived 15 minutes after opening and there was only one employee working despite several customers waiting. My pedicure felt extremely rushed, and I then had to wait to start my acrylic full set. Less than 10 minutes into my nail service, I was switched to another technician who proceeded to perform a completely different manicure than what I requested—even after I clarified my request three separate times. There was no meaningful attempt to fix the situation, and I was left very dissatisfied with the results, especially since I was getting my nails done for my birthday. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Amy for the incredible Halloween black nails!! They turned out absolutely perfect—so sleek, bold, and totally on point with the spooky vibe I was going for.

I got my nails painted white and they charge $5 per finger for a design so my total was nearly $30 for this. The next day the white paint turned yellow and my skin was peeling with the paint. I went back to get it fixed and they said the regular manicure usually turns out like that & it only last a day as well as turns yellow… for a service that cost nearly $30 the nail polish should last longer and my skin should not be peeling.. they only repainted the nails that didn’t have the heart on it so my nails still look funky with one finger on each hand having a nasty yellow look. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I did not come 5 days later I came the next day and my nails were jacked up after the first day. I don’t wear makeup… painting my nails at home last longer than going to this salon.

Everyone has to come to try this new nail and spa location. This is my second time back and it will be my favor nail Salon now!!! The first time I was here I chose the single color to match the coming summer. Pan did it for me. She was very patient and nice. I waited until second time to write this review. I know one time doesn’t tell anything. This time I decided to give credit to Amy, the girl who did French for me. She is very professional on this. Very detailed. I would recommend everyone to come

Amy did such an amazing job on my nails !! I love them so much! I always get my nails done here with special request designs and they always do so good with execution!
