If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let’s start with the fact that I had Connie, an older technician. I originally came in for a pedicure and a full set, but I ended up not getting the full setI’ll explain why. When I sat down, I was never asked if I wanted a drink, while other white customers around me were. I was also not given a menu to choose the type of pedicure I wanted. That immediately rubbed me the wrong way to treat everyone the same. I asked for square nails and told her multiple times not to round them, yet she continued to do so anyway. I requested French toes with a soft pink base and black tips, but she acted like she couldn’t find the colors. At that point, I told her to just do solid black to keep it moving. When we went to her nail station, I showed her the
We went with my friend. They did normal gel nails to me but basically they only painted my nails, they didn't fix my cuticle or anything. My friend got some builder gel and her nails were completely deformed... They said that this was the technique but they looked horrible. It's sad because they were really nice, their job is just not good.
Just got an acrylic fill with Tina. She was very friendly and made sure that what I wanted was what I got. She adjusted shape and color to better match my inspo. I appreciated our conversation and left with great nails!
Got a gel manicure, very low quality and very rushed. Didn’t even last 1 week. My technician was messy and cut my finger; I had to ask her at the end if she would clean up the excess polish she had gotten all around my nails and at the edges of my fingers. Honestly, I paint my own nails much more neatly at home… but I wanted a nice gel mani for a special event. Not worth the $. Two of my nails’ polish completely peeled off while washing my hair six days after I got them. Photos are 6 days after my visit
My partner & I come here regularly. Great staff! They are always very accommodating with time & try to fit you in whenever you can make it. They do a great job. Lovely foot massage as part of the pedicure, too! Everyone is cheerful & welcoming. Bonus is they are very LGTBQ+ friendly 🌈
