Clean salon, welcoming staffing, but DO NOT REQUEST ANGEL! I got hybrid gel and Angel my nail tech hurt me while filing the shape, I included a picture of the cuts on my fingers. After I told her she was hurting me she didn’t change just continued to file extremely rough to the point she cut my skin. When I got home I was looking at my nails and she left all of the extra hybrid gel under the tips of my fingers. I was extremely upset because they charged $80 for this which was a little ridiculous so I went back to ask them to fix it and Angel the same nail tech that did my nails fixed them and rushed to do so in a rude manner. If you go here make sure you do not get Angel.

I have been serviced by multiple nail techs in the salon and had great experiences as a customer here in the past. My most recent experience was terrible. After patiently waiting to be serviced my nail tech tried his best to achieve a French tip that I liked but at the end of the service I did not like the result. He very kindly offered to change it even tho I was going to pay and leave. He took his time and changed the color and I appreciated it. When the manager saw that he was in her words "taking too long" she made a remark to me that they usually charge people for changing the color and that I should have said something sooner. I informed her that it was her nail tech that offered to change the color. She then proceeded to let me know that she would waive it this time. I let her know

Please beware!! The price's on the menu are not the price that they charge you. Different techs charge different prices based on how they’re feeling. I went in for two nail repairs and to add polish, As my nails were bare and he charged me $45 - On the menu - The prices were almost $20 cheaper. Can you imagine they charged for a full set of nails to repair two of my nails and add polish and mind you my nails are short. I’m starting to think that techs add in their own tips to their surcharge because no matter what I get even if I get the same thing over and over again, it’s always a different price depending on who does it? On top of that, they’re also charging you a credit card fee. They offer a ATM inside of their salon, but that also charges . What’s the point of having a menu price if

Impeccable service and talent this salon has! Definitely should check them out! Easy to reserve a time on Facebook and as always free Alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages. "T" was excellent with my pedicure, Kelly did my nails and was wonderful, takes her time to ensure perfectionism. Anny did my designs and she had wonderful talent, very passionate with her work. Highly recommend this salon for a awesome experience of pampering, talent, and atmosphere.

Pedicure was really good. Could have used more pressure with massage, but didn’t ask for it to be adjusted. Love the complimentary drinks, alcoholic and non for whatever your preference. Staff was so nice. I tipped 20% in cash. Paid $150 total for treatments. My nails weren’t even in length, shape. At one week out my dip manicure is chipped. The ends seem like they’ve lost their protective finish. They look off. I’m used to dip lasting much longer and looking better when completed.
