Should have read the previous reviews. Stopped by on a Thursday night for a quick brow cleanup and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was seen by a new technician and asked about her experience before proceeding. She told me the service was $14 and that she had about one year of experience. I was already hesitant and honestly should have walked away. Neither Ranju nor Asmita were available. I asked if Natasha would be returning and was told she now works at the DuPont location. I also asked for a punch card but was not given one—and didn’t bother reminding her, as I have no plans to return. The entire appointment lasted about three minutes. This is my go to place for eyebrow threading and i am always very pleased with the service i get! Priyanka in particular does a phenomenal job!

Thought it would be just like the DuPont location… DONT GO HERE! Lady effed up my brows and didn’t even spend more than one minute on them. They’re lopsided now. The actual DuPont location gets it perfect everytime. Don’t fall for the same name

Unprofessional and I thought I remember one or 2 of the estheticians being skilled but whoever did mine was really rough and the entire process took under 2 minutes which wouldn't be bad besides the fact that she was not good.
