i love this store and i love the products here but they are VERY inconsistent. they’re never actually open when they say they are. the hours say open at 9 and i go at 9:15 to find the doors still locked, i called 4 times with no answer. so i edited their hours because this is like the 5th time they have lied about closing/opening times.

I absolutely have enjoyed each visit! Mr. David is such a joy to work with and I always walk out smiling! 💜

Horrible ! The older man sold me illegal monomer which is MMA and it’s illegal in the US. He makes up his own prices I bought a drill bit from there as well and he sold it to me for $19. no up to date stuff just terrible never going back again. In the pic is the monomer he sold me that was illegal

Very rude and racist. I walked in with a friend and the guy behind the counter asks "can I help you?" In a very rude tone as if I weren't supposed to be there. When I asked him why he was being so rude, he said if It was a problem I shouldn't come back. Then he said he had the right to refuse service and I told him I had a right to "customer service ". He refused service which was cool but I'm just making it known that if your a person of color, your business isn't appreciated or respected at this location.

i went there today for the first time, and they were so nice and helpful! He helped me pick the right size brush, prepped it for free, and gave me good advice as a beginner. these people know exactly what they’re doing!
