Drybar Reston Town Center

I’ve never been great at curling my own hair and usually lose patience halfway through and give up completely. So for my birthday dinner with the girls, I decided to book a dry styling appointment beforehand and it was 100% worth it. I’m pretty sure I was one of Caroline’s last clients of the evening, yet she still showed up at 100%. She was kind and engaging, asked thoughtful questions about the look I was going for, offered great options, and was incredibly accommodating. I left feeling confident, put together, and so happy I treated myself. I’ll definitely be returning even if it’s just to treat myself again ✨

Visited this drybar location for a last minute blowout ahead of a flight later that day. Was able to get an appointment easily and Zahra did an excellent job on my hair and was highly efficient. In and out in less than 45 minutes. The front desk staff was kind and personable and made it a very smooth experience with a mimosa served right away! As someone that has been going to different drybar locations for years the service and experience stood out at this location especially trying somewhere new with tight coily hair.

Caroline is amazing! My 9 year old came in for Dutch braids and she was so gentle and precise! Really made Valentine’s Day super special ❤️

Drybar Reston is a great spot for a blowout or dry styling. The stylists are professional, polite, and consistently deliver quality results. If you regularly get your hair done, the membership is definitely worth it and offers good value. Overall, highly recommend for a reliable and pampering experience.

UPDATE: The owner of the drybar called me personally and offered a sincere apology for my experience. In addition, she offered me a complementary blow dry with a senior stylist which I really appreciate, but politely declined. She has also issued me a refund which I appreciate. While my experience was not the best, I think that it speaks volumes and reflects a commitment to customer service that they reached out to me to make it right. I feel like if you don’t have the best experience you can be honest and they will work with you to make it right. Initial review: This is the worst blowout that I have ever had.
