Downtown Works - Coworking Office Space Pacific Beach

A great coworking space! My business partner and I went to the PB location and we loved the atmosphere and vibe. Great for shooting some b-roll footage as a content creator. The private conference room on the first floor that we booked was also great. I would recommend better lighting in the room though. It was a bit dull for the content we were filming. Other than that, the coffee machine and snacks were cool. Nick, at the front desk, was also very kind and helped my business partner and I immensely.

I'm so glad I have an office here. I worked from home for many years and it was fine, but I didn’t realize how much I was missing until we got a small office here. Being around others, even if they aren’t my direct coworkers, gives me a sense of energy and focus I didn’t know I needed. Just sharing space with people from the DW community helps me stay grounded in my work. Having an office outside my home also helps me keep better boundaries. Work doesn’t bleed into my personal time as much, and I find it easier to really “clock out” at the end of the day. Plus, being just a block away from Trader Joe’s makes it easy to run out for lunch or grab a few groceries. I didn’t expect location to matter so much, but it’s become part of the rhythm of my day. Love DW works! I have been coming here for about two years and it's a great way to get out of the house and meet people who live local and are also working remotely. Nice interior, fridge and pantry space to leave food, free coffee, tea and snacks too! They have phone booths as well for meetings and calls which is really convenient if you're just doing an open desk membership. Dog friendly and overall good vibes. Ocean cafe and Trader Joes are close by too for lunch! The staff is great - super friendly and helpful. Alyssa is the best!! She is always willing to help and creates a really welcoming environment :)

Been here for quite sometime, everything is great. Staff is friendly, facilities are great, location is great. Highly recommended if you are into coworking or even want a private office.
