After visiting this hair salon for over 16 years, I have never been so humiliated by the owner Judy. I had a family emergency and miss my appointment. I kept calling business line to rebook an appointment for my son and I. I was not getting any answers or voicemails to leave so I decided to drive down to the salon with my kids. My kids and I walk into the salon and immediately I was attacked by Judy for missing an appointment, I did send her a text explaining why I missed it, but she literally yelled at me in front of all of her clients and everybody in the salon and yelled at the top of her lungs! Judy has been cutting my boys' hair since they were babies. I gave her a shot last year due to my wife's insistance and I'm happy with here performance. She personable and friendly. I recomend her and her place.

Went to see Judy for a haircut. I.showed a picture and as usual, she goes to work on it and tells me about her clients, and she seems distraught and overwhelmed. I told her I want my hair long and to just have a trim. I was planning to go to an event the following weekend. She ends up giving me a mullet haircut and I cried so hard. I have never had an awful haircut this bad. I had to wear my hair up. Its been a month and im still livid at this haircut. As a female, we take pride in our looks and go the extra mile to look and feel better. But that wasn't the case and my husband sees me wearing my hair up or in a hat avoiding eye contact with others.
