This salon charge me $150 for a hair trim, temp color, & style. Than when I ask to re-curled my hair 3 days later, they told me $40 without a shampoo. I was like “ok be there in the morning”!. I called the next morning and they wanted to changed $65, stating they had to wash my hair again,I told them I already washed my hair. While talking back-and-forth through text messages the next morning. The stylus name is “Donna”. The attitude was just off, the price seems to be goin up as we talk. They have a nerve…Now I look at my hair after I wrapped & dried it, I can see, it is a horrible haircut as well. $285 for a bob with feathered/flipped nape (+treatment [oil under dryer ontop of semi-color =hot oil], *free/complimentary semi-rinse) Pricing > anything over $0 needs to be said before the start of services not at the end. No signage, booklet, website that lets you see the cost of anything. This don’t look $285, no matter how you justify it. Cut > The right side is shorter than the left behind the ears, and Parting from the front of the ears forward, the left side longer than the right. Color > my natural hair is like a color #4. Love it when the sun hits it. Suggesting a brown rinse would’ve been more suitable than black. Calling my hair dirty brown just to put some black dye on it… I only wanted the cut. Great service as well as a relaxed environment. The staff is courteous and friendly. The owner is VERY personable and a great stylist.

UNPROFESSIONAL. IGNORANT. RUDE. GHETTO. DISORGANIZED. After today I will never return! I didn't even get my hair done today because some of the stylists are liars and renege on previous agreements. Most of the stylists dress horribly, like streetwalkers instead of even attempting to keep a professional environment. They don't know how to conduct themselves, always loud and carrying on, acting immature you can barely hear yourself think. The owner Ro is complicit because she doesn't correct them nor does she communicate well. You can try to make an appointment with her and it'll be days almost a week before she confirms the appointment or mentions she can't see you. Ridiculous. If you want an awesome experience for your toddler, this is the salon and Briana is the stylist! She did an amazing job braiding my daughters hair with beads in a small enough size that they will last a lot longer than I expected. She even added glitter to my baby's hair. Such a cute finishing touch! Prices are reasonable so I just had to share this 5 star review with everyone. Take care.
