Divine Grace African Hair Braid

My experience at this African hair braiding salon was not good. My appointment was scheduled a week in advance via text and verbally for 9am. I shared the length and size with the stylist. A quote was given and agreed upon. My braid tech arrived very late unfortunately things happen 😕 I think it was about 9:40am when she started. My braids were finished at 3pm. Though the braids are neat they are different sizes very tiny in the back (as requested) smedium (small medium) everywhere else. The prices vary in length that was shared during the process. I prefer shoulder length to back. Not a fan of the longer ones to my backside area. Overall there were Amazing reviews via Instagram and Google! I asked for this size and received the polar opposite. I will not be returning back to this salon

This play played in my hair and wasted my time. My hair is hanging by a thread. This is so unprofessional every part in uneven or not the same size. I don't understand what this lady problem is but she needs to fix. It. She talk crap about her customers in her language

Owner was very sweet and accommodating but unsure if she is used to fine textured hair. Needed two braids as protective style for surgery and she only charged $40. Her customer service for the most part was great until she got to my second braid where I could feel her frustration with every tug and sigh. My part wasn't straight at all and she missed some of my hair into the braid. I paid and tipped due to my own fear of speaking up and because I had to rush back to work. Very nice lady, just wish I would've received a better service for two braids, natural shoulder length with no added hair.

These ladies are fantastic they move fast doing quality work on my hair into sengneese twist and my daughter into box braids all in one day. also they have great prices and very sensitive to clients needs when they say the braids are too tight they are the best I found so far in Jacksonville.

I was looking for a salon to get my hair done, micro braids, and of all the salons I looked at I chose this one. First it took forever, longer than the 6-7 hours to get my hair done, I went there for a 10am appointment didn't leave there until after 11pm. Second, the lady doing my hair spoke to Grace in her language and I knew it was about my hair because two weeks later I just happened to look at the middle of my head and imagine my surprise to see that the boxes were not micro size but larger than box braids size. I was upset, a pound of my hair to 1/3 pound of braiding hair. I went to see Grace, she wasn't at the salon and when I eventually did see her and told her what I discovered, she disregarded me and my complaint.
