Diva Spa Nails

I’ve been coming to Divas for the last 10 years and have never been disappointed! Jenny and Han do such a great job with my nails. Definitely make an appointment to make your visit smoother. Here is the latest set Han did on me. Dip neutral color with no chip design on top. Update to 2024 fall nails also dip base with no chip design.

Terrible place and management is even worse. Instead of satisfying the customer the manager just yelled and hung up the phone. Then she texted me that I was wrong. All they had to do was apologize and I would have moved on and accepted the loss of money in a calm way. Very unprofessional and I will never go back after going for so many years. As soon as I left their place I went somewhere else to have them redo my nails since they were horrible and the other salon took out so much more of my cuticles and changed the shape since they were uneven. It was a waste of my time and energy. Never going back!

Extremely unprofessional and racist business The manger Screamed at me after she messed up her schedule Called at11 and made an appointment for 1pm. She called me at 12:30 and asked me to come early I showered up within 15 minutes And she canceled my whole appointment bc she over booked and yelled at me over the phone and in person telling me she’s not doing my nails. To stand there and be yelled at by a Business owner after she made a mistake is so uncomfortable and unprofessional

So I went in to get my acrylic nails off I think it was the owner that was taking care of me. She kept saying remarks like it was it's too thick, ugh it won't come off, see look.... she made me feel like it was my fault and left me with my hands in a bowl of acetone for about 40 mins because the tin foil with acetone and gloves didn't work.. my hands were so dry and she was upset that I didnt get them originally done here and half way through another employee had to finish and file the rest off. This is what the end result was....definitely not a place I would recommend. Very rude and unprofessional especially coming from the owner.

Just left getting my full set and dip. Kenny was fantastic. Such a beautiful job and helped find the color I needed. Not from here, wish I was... this would be my go to place. Thank yall for getting me in so quick and doing a great job!!!
