I will never go back to this place again!!! there very ignorant they talk there own language me been there 2 times i had color dark brown only on the roots and the high light on the top of head with cap she should have put me under the hair dryer but she blew dry with hand dryer that’s not how how you do it they should put under the hair dryer and check that way you do it , my hair was so much uneven my roots are not dark at all ! i was a teacher at pivot point she should go back to beauty school she doesn’t know what she doing ! the more she stay’s with the coustmer the i more she charges you 1st time i was there i paid 120.00 plus 4.95 to use a credit card, second i was there it 150.00 plus i they Added 6.95 to use a credit card it’s not fair to the coustmer ! if you credit c

I've been a loyal customer at Magic Mirror Hair Salon for over 5 years and always loved the highlights and touch-ups, trims they do for my hair. Besides each and every one of the hair stylists are very welcoming, super nice and respectful towards their customers. In my opinion all of them are expert hair stylists. From my experience wait time as a walk-in is about 15 minutes. This place is a great hair salon for hair cut, highlights, touch ups and other services. The location is great and parking is free. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut! The stylist did an amazing job transforming my hair. She paid such close attention to what I wanted, gave me helpful suggestions, and her skills are unmatched. The whole experience was relaxing, and I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Went here and they DO NOT know how to work with bleach!!! THEY BURNED MY WHOLE BOTTOM SCALP AND MY NECK!!! Terribly!!!! I even had blisters that came up from the burn... went back that same day and told em my scalp didnt feel right and was still burning and the lady looked and lied and said "its not even red" when my mom had already looked and told me i should go to the hospital.... my scalp was completely blistered and wet because the blisters were popping!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Take a look at the pics!!!
