She took the time to do a real consultation, asking thoughtful questions about how I wear my hair, my goals, and what I was looking for. She explained her recommendations and why she made them, which made me feel completely comfortable trusting her and I’m so glad I did. The haircut came out exactly how I hoped, and I walked out feeling so happy and confident. Beyond the hair, the entire experience was incredible. We’ve been following Nathalie for YEARS! Great service and scheduling is so convenient with the app! My kids are so comfortable with her and she takes time to teach my oldest how to style his hair the way he wants it. They always get compliments after getting their hair cut.
