I came in as a walk-in and asked to have my gel nail polish removed. They removed it all right and they took a lot of of my nail. I have divots on both sides of my thumbs and when they finished, she said all done and it was rough and they didn’t buff them they didn’t I said can you at least put some clear polish on them? Oh yeah you want clear polish I’ll put that on. She put it right on over the roughed up now I would never recommend the snail salon. It was terrible service and she truly didn’t really want to take my gel Nea polish off. It was an inconvenience to her and she could make money quicker on someone else never go to this salon.

This is for Barla nails and spa. Long review: in short 10/10 recommend. My husband is deployed and I’ve been trying to do more “dates” with the babes and give them some special attention. Currently struggling. I brought my daughter Charlotte (3 yrs old) here, yesterday and was blown away by the service. I’m not a girly mom and own ZERO nail polish but my sweet pea is a girly girl through and through and is currently in a princess phase. Earlier this week I caught her painting her nails with the crayola paint so I figured it was time to give her a little princess experience. We walked in and it was full. I immediately felt bad because I thought she wasn’t going to be able to get her nails done. My fault, I know I should’ve called ahead to make reservations but I failed at doing so. Anyw

The techs are knowledgeable and accomplished, and are more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction (however simple or complex your set may be). They offer gel, acrylic, dip powder, shellac, and designs as well as pedicure and wax treatments. Would definitely recommend making an appointment (especially with Gina!!).

Very polite receptionist and customer service. Didn't encounter any issues. Received gel Mani and regular pedi. Not exceptional performance, but no complaints either. I'd return. We just Passed through while visiting in laws.

2nd time I have been and both times my nails have not lasted . This time it was peeling before the 1st week was up. The lady had no idea what she was doing and told me she didn’t need the UV light so only used once at the end. My skin also always gets cut which is frustrating . She had powder all over my skin and was going to leave it I had to ask her to clean it up before leaving. Not worth your money or time, stay away!
