This is completely unacceptable when I get my toes done and I pay $70 I expect to at least have all the skin removed from under my foot. I tell her I want French and she painted my whole toe. She also didn’t clean under my nail until I had to remind her three times This is how you get nail fungus. I given this place three chances I will not be going back, I calmly explained the issue and still gave a tip But when I asked to speak to the manager, they took my number and said that he will contact me in a few days. Also not OK if your business owner and there’s an issue, you should resolve it as soon as possible.

I’ve been coming here for the last four years since I moved to Lisbon on the rare chance that I get the time to actually do something for myself as I have a baby and I work full-time. Scheduled an appointment for 2 o’clock, had to get a babysitter, & have to go to work after. Sat and waited for 25 minutes and realized no one is close to being done any time soon. The place is understaffed and they’re overbooking so if you have a busy schedule, this probably isn’t a place you can rely on.

Wasn’t too upset with the experience but I don’t think the acrylic nails were worth the $70 I paid when 3 came off after a week with doing a full set.. a lot of others are loose as well and I usually don’t need a fill for 3 weeks.

I came as a walk in after a bad experience somewhere else. I asked if they could take me as a walk in & fix my nails for me. Yumi was very helpful and didn't disappoint. She removed what was done poorly elsewhere and shaped my nails beautifully and did a great job painting them. I was so happy I went there and I will be back. See photo.

Had such a great time here! Made an appointment and was very satisfied with this quick service. Then to top it all off, she noticed I needed to get my eyebrows done and instead of doing somewhere else, she was able to wax my eyebrows which allowed me to get two things done in one spot. Been here before and I have not been disappointed. Thanks so much!
