Bath & Body Works

Love the product have been shopping there for years but the customer service has gone way down hill.store hours are 10am to 8pm I got there st 10:30 store was closed.Decided to wait a few minutes,as I waited I watched several people walk away.Finally two employees show up at 10:45 a couple people walked up to the door as they were unlocking and they said it would be another hour before we could go in to shopWHAT!! They said the had to get the register up.I work in retail if the person opening has an emergency you get someone else to open and it doesn't take an hour to get registers up.By the way this isn't my first experience with the store not being open on time

Love my bath & body works location (Lisbon, CT) it's literally my 2nd home! Always welcoming, warming and the feel of family. I'm here minimum 2xs a week just spening all of my husband money! Any one I send there after they see something I have, love the store employees also! The new Manager Dowan & his employees are amazing.. I believe he's been there since last August and I been there regularly ever since. Keep up the excellent work. I never had a dull moment while there! I would've posted more pictures but I would be here all day! Excellent job guys and gals!

On 3/12/25 I went into Bath & Body in Lisbon CT. While I was inside, I saw their sale sign stating: Buy 3 items, get the next 3 items free. So I said to myself: WOW this is a great deal…so I picked 3 items to purchase & another 3 items that were supposed to be free. I went to pay at the cash register and to my surprise, I found myself paying the full price for the first 3 items which I expected but then the 3 items that were supposed to be free, I was charged half the price. I questioned & the cashier gave me some bs that allegedly I got a good deal. My take on this is that if the signs says buy 3 items & get the next 3 items free then I should not be charged any money for the next 3 items. Their sign is deceptive to say the least. Awesome experience! I’ve been a rewards member for a long time and I’ve only shopped there twice a year when they have the great big sales. I was not familiar with the rewards program and etc… Now thanks to Jean sales associate that works there… I will be shopping there more often. Jean explained to me and was very detailed in how the rewards program works. I had no idea I had rewards waiting to be used. Thanks to her I was able to save and buy more then what I was planing to buy. By the end of my shopping experience I was happy and amazed how much I was able to save. I can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you Jean for taking you time explaining the rewards program to me. Your great at sales and you know your stuff very well. I hope the company is aware that your a great asset to them. Bria

Just want to write this to explain how impossible of a customer there was in my visit today. Your manager, Kaitlyn was very professional and stayed calm even with this lady yelling at her and not wanting to listen or understand why they can’t process coupons again after they’ve already been used. Pat on the back to Kaitlyn!! I manage a restaurant in Foxwoods and deal with difficult guests all day, so I get how hard it is to keep your cool in impossible situations where the customer will never be satisfied no matter what you do!
